Hello, my name is Sydnie Erlendson and I am excited to announce that I am joining the Lethbridge School Division as the Family School Liaison Counsellor with a focus around digital wellness. As part of the Digital Wellness team, I will be working closely with students, parents, and school division staff members to enhance the wellness of students through a digital lens. Practicing behavioral modification, teaching self-regulating skills, and helping individuals connect with resources that enhance their overall well-being are some of my primary areas of focus. I aim to emphasize the importance of recognizing safe, proactive, and productive uses of technology and media in our daily lives.
