Welcome to the 2024-2025 School Year!

Our team would like to kindly introduce our Digital Wellness Divisional Portfolio to all new and returning families this school year. We have prepared a brief introduction video (1 minute) highlighting our team and the services available to our school communities to support the new Personal Mobile Device and Social Media Use in Schools Procedure as well as Digital Wellness Education.

To enhance our introduction, our team has attached our September 'Wellness Byte.' Each month, we curate relevant digital wellness information in a newsletter format and a digestible wellness byte. We encourage you to share these resources with your students, families, and greater school communities to support digital wellness learning and awareness.

This month's Wellness Byte focuses on improving student sleep habits. We highlight the importance of consistent sleep routines, limiting screen time, and creating a relaxing bedtime environment for restful sleeping to occur. Practical tips for parents and caregivers are included. By sharing this with your school community, schools can better promote awareness of the crucial role of sleep in children's well-being, focus, and learning and parental support in this important manner.
